General Conditions
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in is from 3 pm to 7 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
If you have any special requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Upon arrival, ID documents for all guests are required, along with the payment in cash of the tourist tax:
1 euro per night per person, for the first 5 nights. Children under 13 are exempt.
A cash security deposit of €200 is also required.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
All bookings must be made via email.
The reservation will be confirmed after payment of the deposit (50% of the total price), to be made within 48 hours of confirmation.
The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Payments must be made by bank transfer; a copy of the payment must be sent by email at the same time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be communicated via email.
No penalty applies for cancellations received up to 31 day before arrival.
Any deposits paid will be refunded, minus possible bank charges.
For cancellations made witihn 30 days of arrival, a penalty equal to 100% of the stay applies.
No refunds are provided in case of early departure.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
Guests are responsible for taking care of the villa and its contents during their stay and must ensure no damage is caused. The entire property must be left in perfect order. Guests are responsible for any damage, including accidental, caused to the villa and its contents, and must promptly report any breakages or malfunctions to the staff and reimburse any damages incurred.
A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival to cover any potential damage during the stay. The deposit will be refunded in cash at check-out, after inspection of the property, provided there is no damage or missing items.
